Terms & Conditions of Purchase 

When placing an order with Springfree Trampoline, you agree to accept the below terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Certain legislation in Australia may provide consumer guarantees or impose obligations on Springfree Trampoline Australia Pty Ltd which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, or only to a limited extent.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to such legislation, including without limitation the Australian Consumer Law as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.


 

30 Day Returns Guarantee 

At Springfree Trampoline we are confident we deliver the World’s Safest and best quality trampoline you can buy.

If for some reason, within 30 days of receiving your trampoline you need to return it, Springfree will happily exchange your trampoline for another size that suits your family better, or if needed, refund your purchase based on our Return policy conditions below.

Please note that colour customised trampolines are not returnable or refundable.


 

Cancellations

If for some reason you need to cancel your order before we have confirmed delivery to you, please contact us on 1800 586 772 to discuss your circumstances and we will outline the options available to you.

Exchanges

Within 30 days from the date the trampoline was received, we allow customers to upsize or downsize their trampoline model. The exchange policy may also apply to accessories purchased.

Please note that colour customised trampolines cannot be exchanged.

If your trampoline has not been opened or used, only the freight cost to return the trampoline to Springfree will be incurred.

If your trampoline has been opened or installed, the below conditions will apply;

  • Freight Costs to return the originally purchased model will be the customers responsibility
  • If the trampoline has been installed, the trampoline must be dismantled at the customer’s expense and packed into its original packaging (if the original packaging is not available then Springfree can send at the customer’s expense, boxes for packing).
  • The difference in retail price of model will apply to each exchange.
  • Once returned, the trampoline will be inspected and confirmed to be in good condition and is suitable to be sold as an ex-demo model, and a $200 restocking fee will apply.
  • If the trampoline is not able to be certified as an ex-demo model, additional refurbishment costs may be charged to the customer.

Returns

Springfree will then issue a refund of the purchase price including any promotions of all products returned. Any refund processed will be exclusive of any return freight, installation, restocking fees or refurbishment costs.

Layby Policy

Layby Terms & Conditions 

All Laybys require a minimum deposit of $200.

Our Layby period is for a maximum of twelve (12) months.

We require a minimum $50 monthly instalment within the Layby period, unless your Layby is paid in full prior.

Layby is available on trampoline purchases, accessories and delivery and installation fees associated with the trampoline order. Layby not available with accessories, delivery and installation fees stand alone..

Should you choose to cancel a Layby for any reason we will refund the amount you have paid to date less a $25 cancellation fee.

Failure to meet the required Layby terms and conditions may result in cancellation of your Layby order. In this instance:

  • We will notify you by phone to request payment within fourteen (14) days to avoid any cancellation of your Layby. If we are unable to reach you by phone we will send you an email notification.
  • If no payment is made within fourteen (14) days following this notification, we may cancel your Layby order and thereby refund the amount you have paid to date less a $25 cancellation fee.
  • If you are unable to keep up your payments for any reason, please contact Customer Care on 1800 586 772 between 8:30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (Australian Eastern Standard Time).

 

Gift Cards

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

  • Gift cards purchased from Springfree Trampoline are valid for 36 months (three years) from date of purchase
  • Promotional Gift Cards issued by Springfree Trampoline are valid for 3 months 
  • All gift cards issued by Springfree Trampoline are only valid for purchases from Springfree Trampoline Australia.
  • Gift Cards purchased from Springfree Trampoline can only be used for purchases online.
  • Promotional gift cards may be used for purchases online, over the phone and in store.
  • Gift Cards are not redeemable or transferrable for cash.
  • Springfree Trampoline does not accept responsibility for any unclaimed items.
  • Gift Card purchases are also bound by our general Terms & Conditions of Purchase.
  • Gift Cards can be transferred to/used by another person.
  • Multiple Springfree Trampoline Gift Cards can be used together in the one purchase. 

 

Reviews Terms and Conditions

  1. Participants are restricted to (1) entry per customer.
  2. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Entry is only open to residents of Australia who are existing customers of Springfree Trampoline.
  4. Please note that submission of reviews must be complete within each calender month of this email to be included in the monthly draw.
  5. (1) winner will be selected each month from customer entries that follow the requirements.
  6. The prize is a (1) x $200 Mastercard Gift Card.
  7. The prize winner will be selected randomly and the draw will take place at the beginning of the following month at 1/60 Hoopers Road, Kunda Park, Queensland 4556.
  8. The winner will be notified via email and published on Springfree Trampoline’s website at: www.springfree.com.au/competitions.
  9. The winner will have 7 days from the email send date to claim their prize. After this period, if no prize has been claimed, Springfree Trampoline will draw a replacement winner for the competition.
  10. Entrants must be over the age of 18 years of age to be considered eligible for entry.
  11. The prize will only be delivered within Australia and the winner should allow up to 30 days from date of claim for prize for delivery.
  12. Prizes are neither redeemable nor transferable for cash.
  13. Springfree Trampoline Pty Ltd do not accept responsibility for any unclaimed prize.
  14. Employees of Springfree Trampoline Aust Pty Ltd are ineligible to enter.
  15. Springfree Trampoline Pty Ltd and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.
  16. By entering this competition you are providing consent to Springfree Trampoline Pty Ltd to contact you by email and SMS for marketing and promotional purposes following this competition. You will always be given the option to opt out of receiving any further communication.
  17. The Promoter's decision is final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry or amend terms and conditions if considered necessary without notice.
  18. The Promoter is not responsible for the loss of prize due to incorrect or imprecise delivery details provided by a winner.
